Genomic and plasmid DNA are directly released from the bacteria cells during the PCR process owing to the proprietary reagents in the PCR master mix. No complicated DNA purification steps needed. The PCR products can be directly loaded onto agarose gel without addition of loading dye for visualization of the experimental results.
