IFKF ANNUAL MEETINGS

All IFKF Annual International Meeting Programs foster the dissemination of information and ideas for new kidney foundations - an opportunity to exchange ‘hands on’ experience, to guide recently established Foundations. Local health professionals become involved via multidisciplinary seminars. The language of all IFKF Meetings is English.

Consider raising local sponsorship to support your travel to IFKF Meetings.

Travel Health

Travellers are advised to seek health advice early when planning to travel. For those with pre-existing medical conditions, the suitability of the itinerary should be scrutinised. It is recommended that before you travel to any IFKF Meeting, you familiarise yourself with the area's local travel health information, and be advised of any infectious or non infectious health risks. Your local Immigration website should offer this information in detail. Other websites which promote clinical standards in travel medicine are The National Travel Health Network and Centre and the American Yellow Book 2008.
